本人12月中就要去屏東龍泉新訓<海陸的>請問目前該如何要求自己的"運動量".好讓自己去新訓不至於太累.<我是電腦族.很少運動>例如一天跑個幾千公尺一天做個幾下的伏力挺身.仰臥起坐游泳須游幾十公尺為了訓練自己~班也沒上了我想先鍛鍊一下..才不會進去墊底..然後需要帶甚麼"物品&
