睡前拉筋真的有助於長高嗎?還是不限於睡覺前,只要平常有拉筋就可以了?那如果睡覺的時候,把腳用東西墊高,不是L型啦,只有墊一點點高度而已(大概30度),那這樣會長高嗎?那不然還有什麼睡前運動可以長高的?我要有實際經驗的喔(做了之後有長高的)!!
