這個暑假以前我的睡眠品質都算是不錯的~可是暑假一開始我就出國,回國之後就有時差,開始每天都是11點睡7點起床後來就變成越來越晚睡,1點或2點,睡到隔天10點11點可是最近一直失眠,1點躺上床就2點才睡著,2點躺上床就3點才睡著很難入眠,可是我都睡的很熟昨天我媽有給我吃一顆藥,叫退黑激素,就是說吃��
