我因為最近有點胖,但又因為上班上課忙,沒時間運動,所以就決定利用早上剛起床來運動,所以要起的很早,但我每次不是鬧鐘叫了沒醒,要不然就是鬧鐘叫了關了要睡著了,我很困擾@@幫幫我吧@@有時醒來又很不想出門@@有辦法治這問題嗎@@?
