請問我最近的睡眠品質越來越不好每天晚上都要躺在床上快一小時才能入睡而且睡五六個小時就醒了有時候是做惡夢不然就是被吵醒我以前都可以一口氣睡上九~10個小時不等每天早上起床身體也會全身腰酸背痛(還是坐姿不良的關西)?我睡前有做運動的習慣(空中腳踏車+抬腿)跟這個有影響嗎??有什麼辦法��
