我身高158,體重48,上半身瘦瘦滴,可是下半身就胖,我的大腿圍有52cm,屁屁也有36-37吋,從長大以來就那麼粗、那麼大了,我也有控制飲食,加上有持續的運動,也是沒什麼用,有時候反而會越來越粗(變肌肉了>.<)...........幾年來我的體重都變化不大,我真的很想讓自已大腿變細一點,好想瘦到48cm
