我最近在練,已經練到第三個禮拜了前兩個禮拜都還可以到第三個禮拜就真的是嚇死人墊腳很痛苦45度蹲跳痛苦90度單腳跳痛苦還有前腳掌跳...裡面我45度蹲跳做到60下的時候真的就受不了停了10秒吧後來我又從40開始算又做到60就停了後來就從60做到75結束還有前腳掌跳,我大約跳到200多下我就開始累了甚�
