我五年級但我不太會打籃球我屬於較胖型想運動想打籃球但是我不會打只會投籃我要如何訓練呢!!!有時候跟同學打球~我接到球時~~都不敢投~~因為怕沒投進~~然後又被罵~~你們覺得呢~~所以:1.籃球初學者.....要學甚麼呢???有甚麼簡單的特技嗎???2.什麼是籃球的正確投籃姿勢?請詳細說明3.基本動作要怎麼練呢?
