運動(前、時、後)該注意哪些才不會造成身體的傷害。比如,我聽說過,跑步過後,不要馬上喝水,不然會怎麼樣?跑步大約多少時間,算好呢?跑太過度會怎麼樣嗎?是算跑場的尺度,還是算時間呢?因為我會想要跑10圈==+跑10幾圈是以前啦!現在肯定只能跑3~5圈吧!請指教了.謝謝.平安.圖片參考:http://tw.yimg.com/i/tw/blog
