我身高170公分體重53.7公斤我想問一下我適合打什麼位置需要做什麼訓練我本身跳起來大概摸到版而已100公尺短跑大概不超過15秒在3.3鬥牛我專門搶籃板、補籃、上籃這幾個位置通常在禁區有控黨會出手中距離三分不行不太會跟別人撞請問一下我應該要打什麼位置要學哪些動作跟做哪些訓練...Showmore
