練瑜珈受傷了 - 瑜珈

最近練瑜珈有一個動作就是彎膝蓋雙腳底板互碰(類似盤坐),腳跟盡量往鼠溪部靠近,上半身整個往前趴,不曉得是否因為我做這個式子秒數ㄍㄧㄥ太久,導致現在雙膝和雙小腿都在麻,像打了麻藥那樣,已經持續2天了,加上原先左大腿後筋拉傷,所以可能整個施力點不對,請問各位瑜珈前輩們....1.做瑜珈會因為神�
