我現在一個星期晚上上練二次瑜珈課~不知道是不是因為練瑜珈前兩、三個小時沒先吃東西還是啥原因~每次練完瑜珈就肚子好餓哦!但~練完後需晚一個小時才可以吃東西!可是又已經晚上了,再吃東西就會變胖~到底要怎樣才可以不餓,才可以變瘦!!我的骨架大所以很想趕快變瘦,讓自已的身材變的很苗條!�
