我想問問假如我每天練瑜珈半小時,而且我想要減10公斤,我在飲食上保持正常,不過會克制不吃正餐以外的東西,這樣我能減下來嗎?因為我是自已看書練的,也滿認真的,可是我每次綀完也都沒有覺得很累,這樣是正常的嗎?
