架設要把腹肌練得很漂亮(八塊吧)現在是有一點點肚子(不明顯),是應該要先瘦身再來練還是可以直接練仰臥起坐的話可以每天做嗎?因為看到有些是說要隔天讓肌肉休息現在是15~20下一組一次四組,每天大概兩次吧(做完是剛好腹部會很酸)還有什麼方法可以練腹肌呢?因為還是學生不可能天天跑健身房
