請問各位大哥該如何訓練肌肉我聽人家說要把肌肉練漂亮可以吃優蛋白但要配合運動那一天下來要吃些甚麼比較不會發胖肌肉才會漂亮伏地挺身曾經最多就100下就做不動了現在做10下就緊繃了仰臥起坐最多20幾下就緊繃了我以前也練過肌肉但都是亂練!!那要如何訓練肌肉才會完美我想知道訓練肌肉的規律�
