因為平時不怎麼運動手臂breakin的ice造成的肌肉痠痛要怎麼解決?因為本身臂力就比較差所以ice撐不太起來想練臂力還有腰力臂力因為肩膀痠痛就很猶豫要不要繼續做伏地挺身不知道繼續最會不會造成傷害可是星期一四都要練醬子一直休息也不是辦法我有噴一些肌樂雖然有改善.但還沒完全好再醬下去我除�
