健身一段時間了.有在喝乳清蛋白.肌肉有變大想請問1.乳清蛋白這罐喝完就不喝了.那麼如果持續健身重量都不增加那肌肉會再變大嗎?或是會變小?2.(一樣不喝乳清)譬如說目前重訓重量舉20公斤.如果減輕到都舉10公斤.那麼之前舉20公斤練起來的肌肉會不會因為改為舉10公斤而變小?3.目前練起來的肌肉.如果以
