最近仰臥做了一個多月但發覺肚子的確硬硬的,但好像有點更大了@@肌肉也跑不出來目前做的運動是舉完啞鈴後做仰臥150下作後再跳繩15分鐘,大約兩天一輪,有時會運動完後補充高蛋白另外,朋友建議游泳瘦比較快,請問該游多久才有效呢?我只會自由和蛙式,不過對游泳不是很在行想在寒假前告別肚��
