肩膀施力點錯誤常脫臼訓練哪邊肌肉 - 運動

如提前幾天去看骨科醫生說我骨頭沒問題他說叫我復健多訓練肩膀一些肌肉可是我不知道要訓練哪一邊的肌肉我之前常舉啞鈴就只練前面的肌肉後面肌肉很少練到後面的肌肉這個拖就讓我都不敢去運動打羽球殺球也脫臼......游泳也會..打個拳徒然往右一甩就脫臼了...有人可以告訴我我該怎麼處裡嗎
