背重背包重力訓練是否會影響斜方肌成長 - 健身

就如同標題因為我超希望生體的肌肉比例能跟WWE的BATISTA相似所以一直在練斜方肌現在好不容易已經有個雛型出來了(兩駝)但因為部隊性質關係...所以必須每天背重物爬山(背包重約20kg)由於背包的帶子是直接束住斜方肌因為算是重力訓練所以又不得不背==雖然斜方肌也有在出力但這樣子長期綁住斜方肌真��
