我是新手媽媽目前37週差不多快卸貨了不過在懷孕期間的時候吃太補我已經增胖到21kg有點擔心產後減肥之路會非常辛苦==所以想再卸貨前先了解該吃該做些甚麼才能盡快恢復身材呢?聽說做月子非常重要...說甚麼能幫助媽媽調養好身體也是恢復身材的關鍵?對了請不要推薦我吃減肥藥喔我想要餵母乳不想吃
