我168公分體重66公斤腿短身體長偏向五五身材皮膚黑黑胖在大腿跟肚子肚子凸大腿肥想請問我要怎麼穿搭衣服?要怎麼運動肚子跟大腿才會瘦?我每天3組仰臥起坐1組30下抬腿3組1組25下伏地挺身3組1組30下起立蹲下3組1組20下但是肚子與大腿卻不會瘦肚子很凸我持續做了2個月始終沒有效果我要增加什麼運動才�
