我的身高約178體重約60照理來說BMI質是過輕但是我的胸口和肚子我覺得都肉肉的我有在做仰臥起坐和臥推等訓練但好像都沒什麼效果,只有肩膀變得比較寬怎樣才能練出漂亮的胸肌和腹肌呢??我臥推的重量一邊都是9kg但練到現在胸肌還是不明顯而且乳頭都像外不是在正中間穿起衣服來不好看而且還很像�
