我身高183體重72原本體重76可是越練越瘦但身體越來越蒯看起來像是變胖不知道是好是壞想要增重再蒯一點我練身體已經5個月了基本上該有的都有了肌耐力算還不錯平時每天在家訓練是伏地挺身500下仰臥起坐200下啞鈴8P300下12P100下身材還不錯可是我唯一缺乏的是『胸肌』我有胸肌挺精緻的可是就是不夠厚
