小弟是2108T斗煥坪903旅3月1日要入伍了也知道自己體能本身就差除了跑步已外的伏地挺身跟仰臥起坐都很爛先前想練但都沒練起來昨天硬逼自己坐伏地挺身最多ㄍㄧㄣ到10下而且不標準(我真的很爛)也都沒很下去做完後休息幾分鐘要做仰臥起坐(軍隊雙手貼緊姿勢)一下都起不來..後來朋友叫我做伏地給他看�
