本人是高中生在學校根本都沒時間運動!所以阿我每天吃飽1小時候都會做到立2分鐘過一下仰臥起坐60下再做伏立體聲26下再仰臥45福定體生20然後{抬腳的仰臥55福定體生18抬腳仰臥45做完就去洗澡洗好又會舉啞鈴2組!
