我是女生身高170體重80...我平常就好吃懶做從這禮拜2開始5:30起床6點去公司附設免費健身房運動到11點15吃完晚餐也去散步1小時做了4天我的體力相當差尤其是在騎腳踏車和跑步方面大概做2分鐘就必須休息!運動+少吃下來體力沒變好就算了体重居然增加我想是因為我比較加強腿部訓練所以小腿整個很硬了��
