運動傷害:清漿加奶粉,有益? - 運動

想請問早晚各服用一杯以清漿加上奶粉攪伴加熱的飲品幾個月,是不是對運動傷害的內部組織有益?如果7年多前車禍骨折,裝鋼釘,3年後拆除,原本恢復正常,但因為2年前在2個月據烈運動造成骨折部位韌帶發炎的運動傷害的話,那上列的飲品也此有助益嗎?
