目前國2...想要有六塊肌跟胸肌已經練了1個月了肚子卻完全沒進展...身高:170CM體重:60BMI:20每天做的運動:First-伏地挺身*20Second-垂直舉腿*20(腳沒碰到地板)Third-仰臥起坐*20最後-伏地挺身*10途中並沒有休息都連續做的我只做一次就這樣練了28天這樣不夠嗎?還是...要多做個23次呢?還是是我太胖?請幫忙解答一下..
