我做伏地挺身大概半年有了手臂有肌肉但是每次跟別人比腕力都贏不暸耶有個同學很瘦但力氣超大比腕力根本是秒殺==有些是長的蠻胖的也沒再練甚麼肌肉但還是輸為甚麼會有這樣的差異?怎麼樣的鍛鍊方法更有效呢?我身高大概175體重75左右如果需要用到啞鈴用幾公斤的比較好?伏地挺身一天幾次最有效果
