關於啞鈴的練法與問題 - 健身

小弟目前身高171體重52由於太瘦的緣故想健身於是買了一個560元(會太貴嗎--)的16磅啞鈴(單手的)以前是舉6磅的啞鈴但覺得成效不彰從6磅馬上到16磅會不會太快了==可以請各位教我一些啞鈴比較有效的練法嗎?還有舉啞鈴會有壞處嗎?像是發育那方面的請不要複製AND貼上噢感恩了20點附上~
