之前看了一篇文章是說初學者練先伏地挺身仰臥起坐20下休息1分鐘15下休息1分鐘10下久了在+5下目前2~3個月胸部沒甚麼改變肚子多了上方2塊..不太明顯我國三身高165體重45(滿久沒量)方法錯了嗎?
