我174cm56kg一星期去健身房四次,每次二小時只練胸肌和腹肌,胸肌做完做腹肌的機器,循環四次,胸肌每次三十,腹肌每次四十次,這樣做要練多久才有形狀,還有,這樣的方法對嗎?另外鐵片到底要怎麼換呀,我不會換,鐵片調幾個會影響到什麼?!
