胸肌訓練方法及部位 - 健身

最近想有在重訓比較著重在於上半身但重訓器材就那些在健身房裡有一個是坐著雙手由外向內夾的器材這應該就是單純練胸肌的吧!?但感覺成效並不快臥推或者仰臥飛鳥會比較快嗎?還有分什麼立姿飛鳥重點是在於現在也想了解何謂內外胸肌以及上中下部位以上面我所提到的訓練方式則都是訓練到哪一塊
