可以一週三次重訓練的動作都一樣嗎? - 重訓

由於小弟這幾天開始重訓固定於星期135中午重訓是以增加爆發力為主來訓練一組12下做3組但是因為會的動作就那幾個所以3天練的動作都一樣(練的地方一樣)請問這樣可行嗎??另外如果我第2組做到第8下就沒力做(舉不起來)應該要直接休息等著做第3組還是說硬是做到12下在休息(休息時間比較長慢慢做到第12�
