我是高二生174公分88公斤沒有什麼運動經歷只是偶爾喜歡到學校體育館的重訓室健身之前看我們學校籃球隊的推40就掛了我能推到大概5.60但我看過有些人6.70公斤的人可以推到100甚至120當然不是在我們學校他們是怎麼辦到的怎麼訓練的穿束衣會有差嗎?我該怎麼訓練才能變得更強還有我想問如何讓我的腹肌
