游泳快走樓梯問題 - 健身

小弟是個高中生每天都會走路回家(大步快走)約莫20分鐘還有回到家前爬20樓的樓梯再去游1000公尺(一次25公尺的)20趟自由式18趟(部打水只滑手)蛙式2趟(看情況)這樣能減肥嗎然後小弟每次都是差不多晚上5點開始在校用餐回到家9點(只喝一瓶養樂多+水果)這樣能減肥嗎??還有能長高嗎??因為快走+爬樓梯+游泳實
