我是上班族現在六點半後都固定上健身房參加有氧運動工作是五點半下班請問運動前多久要吃東西要吃什麼東西比較好不想不吃晚餐就運動是怕運動完後肚子更餓吃的更多麻煩知道的人請告訴我謝謝廣告就不必來打擾我了尤其是X美人的東西
