小弟現在178公分77公斤想減肥兼健身所以一天游泳隔天則是重訓第三天休息第四天在重複循環游泳持續30分鐘來回休息約2分繼續游15~20分結束運動後都隔一個小時用餐這樣有用嗎?重訓方面是只強化上半身目前小腹太大...想先瘦下來在練才看得到所以只加強在二頭肌背肌三角肌胸大肌據我所知要成效最快��
