最近暑假了我想趁這個時間把自己練壯也讓身形看起來均勻一點但我對健身沒有甚麼概念希望大家幫忙一下,以及要吃甚麼來幫助長肌肉之類的!我是很典型的紙片男,吃甚麼都胖不起來...我180但只有62公斤,肩膀很小所以主要想把肩膀練寬以及增加身體厚度我聽說游泳對增大肩膀很有幫助所以想配合健身+游
