游泳減肥和修飾身材 - 健身

我身高168公分,體重61,雖然是標準的體重,但是我的肚子卻有點小凸,大腿也有點出粗,想靠游泳來將身材變好看,我一個禮拜大概游泳2~4天,每次都是用蛙式連續游2000公尺,我都是慢慢游的。我也是會自由式,可是游50公尺就需要休息一下,沒辦法長游。(1).請問游蛙式主要是哪個部位身體的修飾?(2)
