例子1:我早上起來喝一杯500cc的牛奶,晚上在做健身例子2:晚上做完健身後,喝一杯500cc的牛奶請問這兩個例子對於肌肉的發展,有關係嗎?想再問一個,如果我都不慢跑,只是做仰臥起坐,這樣肚子會變小嗎??還是原本的大小,然後變壯而已?
