最近想要再練一下身體雖然之前練過,但是效果不大家裡的健身器材只有~仰臥起坐板跟5~30磅的舉裝式啞鈴目前有幾個問題想問1.一般健身是做一天休息一天嗎?(我沒有要練到跟健身教練一樣)2.用啞鈴練二頭肌跟三頭肌,有哪些舉法?(啞鈴的重量該怎麼分配)3.與肩同寬還是大於肩膀的伏地挺身方式,對練胸肌��
