我從一月到現在瘦了快七公斤[76-69.5]沒有特別控制飲食但運動量有增加每天都做伏地挺身跟仰臥起坐但我看起來還是很肥耶肚子和屁股都很軟很明顯是脂肪但我減得七公斤到底哪去了?又如何讓自己受到屁股和肚子的脂肪ㄋ?
