請問一下小的高一雖然體重稍輕但是還是想練一下肌肉我想練二頭肌(是手折起來會有的那個嘛*.*)腹肌我平常每天伏地挺身&仰臥起坐Q1請問這樣有效嘛???Q2伏地挺身&仰臥起坐有什麼該注意的地方嘛???Q3是否多久增加次數???Q4還有沒有什麼練肌肉的方式???(我不想特地去買器材畢竟我才高一希望平常就�
