如題,我的上身手臂及肩膀較為單薄,但是下半身卻有肚子肥油,現在要開始健身,卻不知該不該攝取蛋白質?飲食該如何調配?1.飲食:是否日常飲食減少澱粉及油脂,然後蛋白質可同時攝取(桶裝之健身之蛋白質補充物)?2.運動:重量訓練(肌肉鍛鍊)與慢跑(減肥)如何搭配?
