我180CM 67kg想請問有在健身的朋友我目前健身的狀況是體脂肪減少,但想增重卻吃不上去,導致沒有肌肉練的感覺。A1:有甚麼建議解決現在的問題,例如多吃哪些食物A2:目前在健身做二頭肌的訓練時,練到當下會累到舉不起啞鈴,(有照自己的規劃練習),但隔天二頭沒有疲憊的感覺卻可以繼續練習
