我是一個26歲的上班族.星期日都會去活動活動打打球.我的球風都是以傳球助攻為主(因為進攻都會放槍.而且一有人守會不自覺害怕起來..球就會不穩.).最近想先不打球..想先從基本練起.本身不會左手運球.且右手運球也不是很穩.但不知道該從何練起.且早上上班只有下班後才能練.能請高手能設計一套訓練�
