脊椎側彎可以選擇的重量訓練? - 運動

我的脊椎有點側彎最後一節的脊椎骨有點裂..醫生說不拿重物跟坐站的姿勢要正確..因為在受傷前我常做史密斯蹲舉還有在地上把握推的槓鈴加重片作挺舉類似舉重選手這樣訓練醫生說那可能在那時候就傷到了但我現在沒有作重量對於我的籃球運動大大影響請問我可以選擇怎樣重量運動來避免脊椎施力呢
