我是椎間盤突出患者,在腰椎第4ˋ5節醫生建議可以多做運動,強化腰間核心肌群除了游泳外還有什麼運動可以做呢?因為冬天真的很冷阿~~如果慢跑和做有氧運動會不會太劇烈?(不要建議我做瑜珈喔!因為醫生說瑜珈反而會對脊椎造成更嚴重的傷害~) ...Showmore
